ORDER CANCELLATION

- Order cannot be cancelled or amended once you have completed the product ordering process online.
- Before you place an order, please view your order contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully and payment is received for your purchase, the order will be sent to warehouse for further procurement arrangement immediately. We strongly advise you to carefully review and modify your order prior to payment submission.
EXCHANGE/ RETURN & REFUND POLICY

- The return/ exchange/ refund policy is only applicable for item(s) purchased from ‘pangu.my’ online store only. Any item(s) required for return/ exchange are done via Post only by following the stated procedures.
- All item(s) purchased from this online store are not exchangeable/ return/ refund at any of our authorised dealer’s store.
- We do not allow cancellation/ amendment of order and amendment of Shipment Address once an order is confirmed via our online store to avoid fraudulent transactions. Thus, please check your order and Shipment Address carefully before the transaction is confirmed.
- When your order arrives, please inspect the package immediately for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately within 7 days.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

- If the products delivered are in damaged or defective condition; or
- If the product is different from the order delivered. Products for exchange shall be returned in its original condition, quantity, and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
- The product must be brand new and not have been used or installed or had any data.
Exchange of Products can only be for the following:

- Products has to be exchange with the same model.
- Products has to be of the same quantity.
Return and Refund Policy

- To return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Return of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
- If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
- If the product is different from the order delivered. Products for exchange shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
- The product must be brand new and not have been used or installed or had any data.
- Refunds (if applicable). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
- The refund will exclude delivery charges paid if delivery is needed.
Shipping Policy for Return / Exchange Products

- Customers should not have to pay for any return shipping for any faulty of the products on date of arrival. If you contact the customer service team on the arrival date, we will verify and assess the return reason and arrange a free return pick-up for you.
- We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
- Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches our warehouse. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product received by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.
