Warranty Policy for PANGU Bone Conduction Headphones Model: PG01 & PG02

Thank you for choosing our Bone Conduction Headphones. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following warranty policy carefully:

  1. Coverage:
  • This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
  • The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period:

  • The warranty period for the PG01 and PG02 bone conduction headphones is 1 year from the date of purchase. (Confirm by receipt / invoice)

3. What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Failures due to normal wear and tear under normal use conditions.

4. What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Damage resulting from modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
  • Damage caused by exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or excessive humidity
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.

5. Warranty Claim Process:

  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at +6013-490 9214(WhatsApp Text only) with proof of purchase.
  • Our customer service team will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary.
  • If the product is determined to be defective under the terms of this warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

6. Exclusions and Limitations:

  • Our liability under this warranty is limited to the one to one replacement of the defective product.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

7. Warranty Service:

  • All warrant replacements will be performed at our HQ:

  • Shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
