Batzone Rechargeable Battery Warranty

Warranty Period
- The warranty for Batzone rechargeable batteries is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., overcharging, incorrect charging methods).
- Damage caused by external factors such as fire, water, or excessive heat.
- Human-Induced Damage (e.g., Tampering with or disassembling the battery casing or internal components.)
Claim Process
- To file a claim, customers must:
  - Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  - Submit the defective batteries for customer services.
Resolution
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
  - The defective battery will be replaced free of charge.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for proper handling, charging, and storage of the batteries as per the user manual or packaging instructions.
Limitations
- Batzone is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.

Warranty Period
- The Batzone Ni-MH rechargeable battery charger comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- If the charger fails to function due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, a replacement or repair will be provided free of charge.

- Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, lightning strikes, or improper voltage supply.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages that do not affect functionality.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering with the charger.
- Accidental damage, such as drops, spills, or exposure to liquids.

- Provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).
- Return the defective charger for inspection

- After verifying the defect, the charger will be replaced at no additional cost.
