Warranty Policy for BMAI Shoes and Apparel

  1. Return and Exchange Policy

7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your BMAI product, you have 7 days from the second day of receiving the goods to return it, no questions asked. However, the goods must be kept in their original packaging.

14-Day Exchange Policy:

If you need to exchange your BMAI product for a different size or color, we offer a 14-day exchange policy starting from the second day of receiving the goods.

 Requesting an Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

  • The item or size delivered is incorrect.
  • The purchased size doesn't fit.
  • Items are missing from your order.
  • You received damaged or defective items.

How to Exchange:

  • By Mail: Postage for returns is borne by the customer.
  • In-Store: Visit our PANGU SDN BHD retail store for convenient exchanges.

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund:
  • Goods must be returned for inspection (shoes tags must remain intact, provide invoice, and return the shoe box).
  • Refund process begins after inspection, which takes approximately 3 days before communication with the customer.

2. Order Cancellation and Support

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel an order if payment is incomplete or unsuccessful. Orders in the shipping process or already shipped cannot be canceled.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange for the same product (same SKU) is allowed, subject to stock availability; strictly no return or refund upon purchase.
  • All postage costs are to be borne by the customer. Alternatively, exchange your purchase at our retail store with the original receipt.
  • Returned goods must be in good condition, with original packaging intact. Any used or damaged products will not be eligible for exchange or return.
  • PANGU Sdn Bhd is not liable for lost shipments during return transit.
