Submission Steps:
Step 1 – Photo/Video: Upload a photo or video on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok showing your BMAI Jing Tan Fly shoes on the race day. Tag @bmaimalaysia with #bmaimalaysia #bmaijingtanfly.
Step 2 – Receipt: Include proof of purchase from Pangu.my with your race results submission. Each receipt can only be used once.
Step 3 – Result Comparison: Show improvement in marathon time compared to your previous best. Submit official race results from the same event for both years.
Step 4 – Verification: Results will be verified by the campaign team. Only official race results are accepted.
Extra Win Opportunity:
Participants who actively share their training journey on social media using the same tags and hashtags towards the selected races will stand a chance to win a BMAI merchandise pack.
Reward:
- Free Pair of Shoes: Participants who successfully improve their personal best will receive a free pair of BMAI Jing Tan Fly shoes.
- Distribution: Rewards will be distributed within 1 month after result submission and verification.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: Open to participants aged 18 and above. Employees of Pangu.my, their immediate family, and anyone connected with the campaign are not eligible.
Campaign Period: Runs from 15th July 2024 to 15th December 2024. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
Result Submission: Only results from eligible races listed will be accepted. Ensure your marathon is from the specified list to participate in the campaign.
Original Purchases Only: Proof of purchase must be original and from Pangu.my.
One Claim per Purchase: Each receipt can be used to claim a reward only once.
Photo Authenticity: Instagram photos must be genuine and taken during the marathon. Edited photos will be disqualified.
Prize Availability: Extra pairs of BMAI shoes are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed by the winner.
Disqualification: Pangu.my reserves the right to disqualify participants violating the rules or submitting false information.
Publicity: Participants agree to allow Pangu.my to use their names, images, and race results for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Changes to Terms: Pangu.my may modify terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Decision Final: All decisions by Pangu.my are final and binding.
Privacy: Personal information will be used according to Pangu.my’s privacy policy and will not be shared without consent.
Liability: Pangu.my is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use.
Applicable Law: Governed by the laws of Malaysia.
