The festival will take place from 6–9 November 2025 at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur, and will feature the much-anticipated Mizuno KL RunFest S/Ekiden, a one-of-a-kind team relay event where timing is everything.
Timing at the Heart of Competition
The S/Ekiden format introduces something new and exciting to Malaysia’s running scene. Each team of five runners must work together to complete 21 loops around the course, covering a total of 30KM. Unlike traditional relays, teams have the freedom to distribute loops based on their own strategy making every second, every transition, and every handoff critical.

Community Outreach: Team COROS Malaysia Run
COROS is committed to building awareness and growing with Malaysia’s running community. As part of our lead-up to KL RunFest 2025, we are excited to host a Team COROS Malaysia community run in collaboration with KL RunFest on 11 October 2025.
This special run will give participants a first-hand experience of the S/Ekiden format, including the thrill of wearing the tasuki sash and the excitement of executing a live transition handoff. It’s more than just a practice run, it’s a chance to feel the unique spirit of the S/Ekiden and connect directly with the COROS brand ahead of the big race day.
