Term & Conditions for COROS Product Rental Program
- Personal Details: By participating in the COROS Product Rental Program, you agree to provide us with accurate and up-to-date personal information, including your name, contact information, and payment details.
2.Payment: You must make full payment for the watch you choose. We only accept payment by credit card or debit card.
3.Rental Period: You have two weeks to use the watch and ensure that it meets your expectations. After two weeks, you can either return the watch for a refund or exchange it for a new unit.
4.Refund or Exchange: If you choose to return the watch for a refund, we will refund your payment minus 1% of processing fee from the payment amount. Alternatively, you can choose to exchange the watch for a new unit at no extra cost.
5.Return Process: To initiate the return process, you must drop by our office or contact us via our customer service. You must return the watch in good condition and provide a copy of the agreement. We will inspect the watch before processing the exchange of a new unit or refund. If the watch is found to be damaged or not in good condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange of new unit or refund.
6.Rental Watch: You must return the rental watch in good condition within the agreed timeframe. If you fail to return the rental watch after the two weeks period, your payment for the watch rental will not be refunded.
- Refund Timeline: We will process the refund within 1-4 working days after inspecting the returned watch.

COROS PACE 2 - 7 Days Return Policy
We are committed to providing the best experience for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes preferences change or unexpected circumstances arise, Customers who purchase the COROS PACE 2 can now enjoy peace of mind knowing that they have the option to return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, with minimal hassle. We believe that customer satisfaction is paramount, and this updated return policy is our way of ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase.
Here’s how it works:
- Purchase the COROS PACE 2 from our authorized dealers or official platforms / stores.
- If you need to return the product, simply bring it back to the original dealer’s shop within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- A small 1% processing fee (based on the original purchase price of RM899) will be charged, and you will receive a refund of RM890.
The return product must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below,
- The product must be in a good condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals intact.
- The product must not have been damaged in any way.
- The product must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
- The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that this return policy applies to COROS PACE 2 only and for purchases made on or after April 18th, 2023.
