SHIPPING SCHEDULE
- Orders are processed and delivered Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (excluding Public Holidays).
- Orders placed after 12.00pm will be considered next business day order.
- Orders are shipped via Standard Delivery.
- Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery to West Malaysia. 7-10 business day for delivery to East Malaysia. Delivery schedule may vary during online sales period. SHIPMENT TRACKING You may sign in to view your order status and purchase history in your account OR you can reach out to us for status updates via WhatApp 013-490 9214 (Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm). Alternatively, customers can proceed to track the shipment status from the third-party courier provider’s online tracking portal once they have received the airway bill tracking number.
CHANGES IN DELIVERY DETAILS
For security and fraud prevention purposes, we do not allow a change of address once an order is confirmed and captured. Kindly cancel the order before the order is processed and proceed to make a new order.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur/ Petaling Jaya) and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.
