Warranty Policy for EcoFlow

1. Ecoflow Malaysia warranty does not apply to following:

Non-quality related issues;
Purchase without valid proof of purchase;
Items that have expired their warranty period;
Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external causes;
Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts

2. Warranty is only applicable for Ecoflow products purchased within Malaysia.

3. All shipping cost for customers during warranty after sales service shall be covered by Ecoflow Malaysia.

4. For out of warranty repair services, customer will bear all repair and labor cost, as well as shipping cost incurred.

5. Ecoflow Malaysia reserves the right to make changes to the warranty status upon inspection of the defect.
