Repair Services

Please note that Pangu Outdoor does not provide repair services. However, we do offer a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for all new products purchased from authorized retailers. This warranty period initiates from the date of your original purchase.

Warranty Duration

Your warranty commences on the date of your product purchase. In the event that you need to file a claim and receive a replacement unit, the warranty period for the replacement unit will continue from your original purchase date. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly within the terms of our warranty policy.
