SHIPPING SCHEDULE

• Orders are processed and delivered Monday – Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (excluding Public Holidays).
• Please allow 2 days to process the parcel, once the orders is confirmed.
• Please double-check your address before check out your order.
• Orders are shipped via Standard Delivery.
• Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery to West Malaysia. 7-10 business day for delivery to East Malaysia. Delivery schedules may vary during online sales period. SHIPMENT TRACKING You may sign in to view your order status and purchase history in your account OR you can reach out to us for status updates via email [email protected] (Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm). Alternatively, customers can proceed to track the shipment status from the third-party courier provider’s online tracking portal once they have received the airway bill tracking number.

• Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur/ Petaling Jaya) and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.
