SHIPPING SCHEDULE

• Orders are processed and delivered Monday – Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (excluding Public Holidays).
• Orders placed after 12.00 pm will be considered next-business-day orders.
• Please double-check your address before check out your order. 
• Orders are shipped via Standard Delivery.
• Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery to West Malaysia. Delivery schedules may vary during online sales period. SHIPMENT TRACKING You may sign in to view your order status and purchase history in your account OR you can reach out to us for status updates via email [email protected] (Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm). Alternatively, customers can proceed to track the shipment status from the third-party courier provider’s online tracking portal once they have received the airway bill tracking number.

• Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur/ Petaling Jaya) and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.
