- Orders are processed and delivered Monday – Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (excluding Public Holidays).
- Please allow 2 days to process the parcel, once the orders is confirmed.

- Orders are shipped via Standard Delivery.
- Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery to West Malaysia. 7-10 business day for delivery to East Malaysia. Delivery schedules may vary during online sales period. Alternatively, customers can proceed to track the shipment status from the third-party courier provider’s online tracking portal once they have received the airway bill tracking number.
